Retailers can place orders directly at Toysmith.com with your registered email address. If you need to create a new account, please register by clicking "Wholesale Registration" on the navigation bar.
Do I need a password to access the site?
NO! we recently updated our website with a secure login for enhanced security. If you are an existing customer, you will now receive an email with a login code that expires after 15 minutes. If you are a new customer, please complete the registration form located on the navigation bar.
What are your order terms & conditions?
Orders $0 - $999 receive 5% off and 30-day payment terms*.
Orders $1000 - $2499 receive 10% off and 60-day payment terms*.
Orders over $2500 receive 15% off and 90-day terms*.
*terms based on approval and on time payment history.
Do I need a coupon code to receive order level discounts?
NO! the discount is automatically applied at checkout. The discount will be applied at the item level reflecting the discount based on the total order value.

I'm a Retailer, when will my order ship?
Toysmith generally ships in 2-4 business days. We have one of the fastest shipping rates in the industry. During peak seasons shipping times may be extended.
How can I find out the status of my order?

What if the item I purchased doesn’t work properly or is missing parts?
Toysmith does not offer replacement parts.
If you are a Retailer, please contact email@example.com with your order number and product issue.
If you're a consumer, please return the item to the retailer where purchased for a refund or replacement. If the retailer is out of stock of the item, email us your address and product description to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are unable to get in contact with the retailer, please send Toysmith a photo of the product along with packaging barcode or receipt as proof of purchase to email@example.com.
I have a product idea, can I submit it to Toysmith?

I am a Consumer, can I order online?
Toysmith is a wholesale supplier to retail stores and promotional markets, we do not sell direct to the public. Toysmith products can be found in retailers across North America and online. Please check your local toy or hobby store for Toysmith products. To find a retail store in your area, please use the Store Locator tool at the bottom of the page.
Am I eligible for extended payment terms?
Orders between $1,000 and $2,499 will receive Net 60 payment terms.
Orders over $2,500 will receive Net 90 payment terms.
You will see the updated terms reflected in your account after you submit your order.
Why can't I see pricing?
Pricing information is only available for registered customers.
